The Spooner House was built in 1782 by Paul Spooner, lieutenant governor of the Vermont Republic. It has since enjoyed a diverse history as a resort, boarding house, working dairy, and private residence.
The Atwater room is the master suite featuring a fireplace, private bath with claw foot tub, shower, and a luxurious king sized bed.
A simple breakfast of homemade pastries, granola, yogurt, fresh fruit, boiled (local) eggs is available on weekdays.
A full breakfast is served on weekends.
