Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

The studio is set within walking distance of Ashton Court Estate, and a short drive from Clifton Village and Central Bristol. Additional double bed available for an extra 2 guests; £60 fee per night, charged on arrival. Please specify this to the host, at the time of booking. NOTE: this studio is a separate dwelling within the grounds of main family home.

Peaceful Stone Cottage among fabulous gardens

The Garden House is a peaceful stone cottage set in the historic gardens of High Glanau Manor, the home of H. Avray Tipping (1855-1933) the Architectural Editor of Country Life Magazine from 1907. High Glanau Manor is an important Arts & Crafts house set in 12 acres of gardens designed in 1922. The gardens retain many original features including formal terraces, octagonal pool, glasshouse, pergola and 100 ft long double herbaceous borders. There are spectacular views to the Brecon Beacons

Charming Welsh cottage with pretty garden.

Garden Cottage is a lovely contemporary addition to an 18th century Welsh long house. With separate access & pretty private garden area, it consists of a double bedroom with ensuite shower, spacious open plan kitchen/living room & separate utility area with washing machine. Additionally, there is an outside table and chairs for alfresco dining. Free wifi and gas central heating ensures guests' comfort and convenience. The property is not suitable for small children, as there is a deep pond.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Welsh Gatehouse: Historical Castle with EV Charger

The Welsh Gatehouse is a beautiful historic house with modern amenities. Imagine staying in a fairy tale castle built in 1270. The thick walls, ancient windows & steep spiral staircase say 'history'. Romantic log fires keep you warm you in winter, & the thick walls keep you cool in summer. Views from the top of the tower are extraordinary over the Severn Bridges and the Breacon Beacons (NB we call this the terrace in our description below). Unique, luxurious, quirky yet comfortable.

A luxurious dome nestled in private woodland and flower garden. An ideal romantic/ family stay near the Cotswolds. Enjoy the wildlife view from your king size bed, woodburning stove, additional heating and air conditioning. Relax on the private decking area, outdoor dining with a barbeque and firepit for toasting marshmallows amongst the trees. The mattresses can be brought down from the loft area for younger children. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Adam and Melissa are excited to introduce their fully fitted, self catering log cabin; It’s a self contained one bedroom holiday let set in a quiet space with free onsite parking, dogs are also welcome (max 2). Located in the village of Caerwent just 6 miles from the M48 Severn Bridge and the M4 Prince of Wales bridge. Caerwent village has lots to offer, including Roman ruins, Post Office, and a traditional pub serving meals.

Olli's Cottage-Terrace &Jacuzzi

Olli's cottage is situated in one of Bristol picturesque suburds, newly refurbished 700sq Ft/70 Sqm with private terrace and hot tub (£30 extra charge to be settled at the property). In close proximity you have another property called Olli’s Summer house: Swimming pool with waterfall, pool table & ping pong table (£100 extra charge and subject to availability). Located near M4/M5, making travel to/from easy. 3 minutes drive to country pubs.

The Reel Cinema Experience

A revolutionary home cinema experience built from a passion for films and sound. If you think your local cinema is good then boy have I got a treat for you! You get the full immersive surround sound 'reference' (top of the range) system,Disney+, Netflix, Spotify, Youtube, prim, Sky to browse to your hearts content, your own personal garden with a BBQ, a super king size sleigh bed, your own luxurious shower, slipper bath, and toilet.

Located conviently on Hill road you will also find various local shops, restaurants, and amenities just a short stroll away.

Modern, light and homely annex on private land with gated parking situated in a lovely little village called Magor. The village shops, restaurants and pubs are a short five minute stroll away and are well worth a visit. Magor has fantastic links being 2 minutes from the M4. We are approx 30 minutes to centre of Bristol and 30 minutes to Cardiff, 20 minutes to centre of Newport and 10 minutes to the Celtic Manor Resort and ICC.
