This building is special. Situated atop an art studio dedicated to large scale works of art, the residences support the mission of Mad Art. One of ten 2-story lofts, this features 750sqft (70 meters square), plus a deck and access to a communal roof deck with BBQ. This luxurious loft designed by Graham Baba is a work of art. Polished concrete floors throughout, walnut cabinetry and built-ins, blackened steel wall accents, exposed steel structure, natural fir ceiling and exquisite bath and kitchen fixtures express a wholly Northwest material palette. WiFi throughout serving WaveG 1GB internet speeds and 4k TV with Amazon Fire TV. You have the run of the place! There are plenty of open closets free for you to use. I always unpack completely when traveling and I encourage you to do so! South Lake Union (SLU) is the center of Seattle's tech and biotech industries during the day.
