A cozy, retro-inspired, 600 sq. ft. tiny home in the heart of Holland, MI. 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen, the other with twin bunk beds. A twin daybed with a twin trundle is located in the living room. One full size bath with a tub/shower; and a fully-equipped kitchen with apartment size appliances. 1 mile to Downtown Holland. 1 block to Washington Square. Walking distance to Kollen Park and the Holland Farmers Market. Lake Michigan beaches are a short drive. PET FRIENDLY with a fenced yard!

This centrally located home offers character, art, and room to spread out. From the inviting brick front porch to the bonus attic room everyone will find their comfort space. There is a large bedroom, full bath, dining room, living room, and large kitchen on the main floor. The second-floor features 3 bedrooms and a large bath. Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!

Bass Lake Mama's House

Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent.
