Our Place is full of country charm with little touches to make it feel more like your place! Cook in the full kitchen with a coffee bar, enjoy the deck to watch the stars or the animals play (Fiona the Great Pyrenees lives with her goats nearby & you may have visits from the friendliest beagle, Bella), or enjoy the fire-pit in the courtyard. We're far enough from town to enjoy the quiet but close enough for all things Eureka Springs/Branson has to offer. Let us be the reason you come each year!

Tranquil Treehouse on Table Rock Lake

The Tranquil Treehouse is the perfect place to unplug, relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature by the lake! The large deck is a great place to read a book, grill out or enjoy a morning cup of coffee! Even rainy days are peaceful at the treehouse due to the natural lullaby of the rain on the red tin roof. The lake is only 150 yards from the house. We have 2 kayaks for guests on carts for the short walk to the shore. Come soak up the sun in the crystal clear water this lake is famous for!

Livingston Junction Caboose 102 Private HOT TUB

You'll love this unique and romantic escape. This Caboose Cabin is set up on the rails, just as it was when it was rolling across the American countryside. You will find the Caboose furnished with a Queen Bed, stand up shower, TV DVD player & Kitchenette. You will be able to relax on the spacious deck. The 300 sq ft dome sleeps up to 4 with a queen bed, air mattress, and small kitchenette. Heat and AC included. Bathroom is a short walk to a separate bathhouse.
