It features three spacious bedrooms, including a master suite with a luxury ensuite and underfloor heating. Located just one street from Hahndorf's main street, you're only a short stroll from cafes, restaurants, and shops—making it the perfect base for exploring the region.

Number 11 is a recently renovated self contained rustic retreat in the country town of Barmera. Barmera is one of many towns along the River Murray and is located on the foreshore of Lake Bonney. Centrally located in town, 450 metres from Lake Bonney Number 11's location makes it ideal for a leisurely walk to enjoy the lake's ever changing beauty. The Lake is a haven for water skiiers, sailors and fishermen. Located within the town provides easy access to local shops and conveniences.
