Lambsquay House - Apartment One

Lambsquay House is a beautifully restored 300 year old Georgian Country House, located in the picturesque Forest of Dean, situated between popular tourist attractions, Puzzlewood and Clearwell Caves. A former hotel, it has undergone extensive renovations and is now home to Calico Interiors, a family run interiors/soft furnishing business, occupying the ground and first floor. The second floor has been converted into two self catering apartments with private entrance accessed via a staircase.

It's perfectly situated to explore Hay on Wye with it's array of vintage, fashion, home and map shops plus an abundance of cafe’s, restaurants, pubs and even a music venue.

Guests can relax in the quiet garden and enjoy the view. Suitable for couples or singles looking to explore the beautiful Welsh countryside, walking, cycling, fishing and golf. Perfect for visitors wishing to attend events at the Royal Welsh Showground which is 1 mile away.

The kitchen has basic essentials for two people, so unfortunately it is not ideal entertaining friends and family.

The apartment has a super king size bed and room to take bicycles in the anteroom. Apartment 2 is under a separate listing.
