The cabin is situated at our home and small self funded vegan/vegetarian sanctuary on a hill, nestled in its own small wild nature garden and developing food forest of fruit, nuts and wild edibles. We have developed our whole site into a track system or otherwise known as Paradise paddock. Meet some of our rescue animals. Sit by the campfire and enjoy the views of the surrounding countryside. Detty’s Cottage.

This cosy cottage offers a private comfortable stay at our family home, There is a double bed and a sofa bed that is extremely comfortable. Baby cot bed available also. The wifi is great and everything you need for a pleasant stay. We are 40meters from the bus routes and close to shops, The bus takes about 20 mins to our wonderful city or 5 mins to Liffey Valley sc. The public transport is very reliable. Best way from the airport is via rental car or the airport hopper bus.

Chill out or go for beautiful cliff walks and discover Howth from this airy log cabin nestled among nature. The wild meadow behind the cabin leads to the Howth cliff path, perfect for hiking or strolling to Howth village or Howth Summit. There are several small swimming coves within walking distance. The cabin is at the back of my house but completely separate with its own entrance and lockbox. Lovely and peaceful!
