Comfy Room - near Uni, Town & Hospital!

Ideally for short stays, due to its small size. The room is faced to the sun raising position so you'll always have plenty of natural light. Fresh and airy, with hangers, small draw, mirror, hair dryer and other basic amenities as well. A small brown desk to use as a eating or working area. A bathroom is available and all basic amenities in there are to be used. Separate towels available. Paid washing and drying, and guests can use my own powder detergent and fabric conditionair.

The house is close to public transport into Manchester, walking distance to Salford Quays and Media City. 4 mins walk from St James House. 15 minute walk to Salford Quays and Media City and Manchester city centre only 15 minutes bus ride. In a quiet, safe, residential area, very close for all bus and road links, with a clean, bright, airy, spacious double bedroom available to let. The house has tasteful, modern decor, open plan kitchen/dining space and a private back yard.

We're Karen and Phil, together with our 30 year old son we have lived in our beautiful 5 bedroom Victorian home for 27 years. It was built in 1895 and retains most of its original stunning features! We are conveniently situated 15 min drive from Manchester city centre. The Metrolink is 5 minutes walk away which will take you north, south, east & west of Manchester...including the Manchester Arena and the airport. The M60 - J17 is half a mile away.
