The modern, ground floor annex is private, with its own front door, hall, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and small kitchenette. Conveniently located just outside Wxm, a short drive to beautiful mountains, golf courses, the town of Llangollen and also the historic cities of Chester & Shrewsbury.

The Stables annexe is located in a beautiful courtyard setting with private entrance and free off road parking. From the courtyard, you step into the open plan lounge area. Wall mounted smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. There are several country pubs within walking distance all serving good food. The nearest being a short 2 minute walk away. Beautiful walks from the door onto Thurstaston Common, Royden Park. Regular local bus and train services into Liverpool.

A peaceful retreat in a stunning setting

The views from the apartment are amazing. You are next to the sailing club and near several golf courses . Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The walks in the area are many and you have direct access to the beach from the garden. Don’t leave your dog at home. I love well-behaved dogs and they will love the beach. The apartment is very quiet being well away from the main road.
