Båthus ved sjøen

Koselig båthus i idylliske Tvedestrand. Båthuset/leiligheten ligger helt i sjøkanten, med tilgang til privat brygge, kajakker og hage/hagemøbler. Området er stille og rolig. Skikkelig Sørlandsidyll. Nærhet til, blant annet, Lyngør. Båthuset er best egnet for 2 personer å oppholde seg i lengre perioder. Men det kan legges tilrette for spiseplass, sofa og sengeplass/sovesofa til 4 personer ved behov. Kajakker til 3 personer( 1 + 2) fra mai-september. Kajakker er ikke tilgjengelig oktober-april.

Privat brygge i Lyngørsundet med 2 båt plasser. Trampoline, låve med masse leketøy for barna, hønner. Ta en romantisk paddletur robåt eller med kano i innsjø, lei en motorbåt og reis på oppdagelses reise gjennom havet.Flotte fiskemuligheter i havet eller i privat innsjø .Fine tur terreng . Unique and modern nordic design. idyllic and undisturbed surroundings in harmony with nature. Panoramic view over the fiord. 20 min. from Sandefjord/1,5 hour from Oslo/1,5 hour from Kongsberg alpin. The beach in front is Bronnstadbukta, area with rich nature, perfect for adults and kids. Great hiking right outside, with numerous popular summit hikes and hiking trails. Beautiful fjord with islets and reefs if you travel by boat. Cabin also suitable for two families with 2 baths ans 4 bedrooms.

Koselig og velholdt leilighet i enebolig, med sjøutsikt og egen uteplass. Fin beliggenhet innerst i rolig byggefelt. Godt utstyrt med tv, Wi-Fi, det meste av kjøkkenutstyr og vaskemaskin. Vi har satt innsjekk til kl 17.00 på grunn av jobb situasjon, men du er velkommen til å spør hvis du ønsker tidligere innsjekk. 300m til butikk og buss. Bussen går ca hvert 30 min til Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km til vakre Buøya med flere flotte strender. Felles inngang og gang, egen låsbar dør.

The area offers hiking trails, summit hikes, cycling, fishing and skiing, with about a 30-minute drive to Gautefall with alpine skiing and cross-country trails.

Hytta vår ligger idyllisk til midt i Raet Nasjonalpark, helt for seg selv med spektakulær utsikt mot havet. Her kan du nyte turer, badeplasser og bølger, selv på stormfulle dager. Hytta er nyoppusset med Sigdal-kjøkken, ny veranda, markise, Weber-grill, bålpanne og utepeis. Sengeplass til 6. Robåt hører også til hytta, men man bør være flere for å løfte den ut. Hytta er perfekt for rolige dager eller eventyr i havgap og natur

Flott nyere hytte (ferdigstilt 2022) på Kallerberget i Risør med fantastisk utsikt over sjøen. Hytta ligger i et nytt og familievennlig hyttefelt ca. 10 minutters bil- eller båttur unna Risør sentrum. Det er bilvei helt frem til hytta og parkeringsplass for fire biler på tomta. Fine turområder i nærheten, f.eks. tursti langs kysten inn til Risør sentrum og tursti til Fransåsen.

Flott og meget romslig (323 kvm) feriehus med panorama utsikt over innselingen til Risør! Beliggende nærme sentrum og sjø, samt meget kort vei til flott turterreng i Urheia. Huset har alle fasiliteter som hage med trampoline, badekar, isbitmaskin, kaffemaskin, to stuet, flotte uteplasser med utsikt og lader for elbil. Huset egner seg godt for to eller flere familier:-)

HAMMERLIA 36 is a modern cabin that holds a full-year standard and is located about 100 meters from the sea. The cottage area has its own sandy beach with a barbeque area and a children's playground. A great place to relax or to participate in activities and experiences. In the middle of summer, the sun is up until 21.30 o'clock.
