Sitting on 10 acres, take advantage of the entire property or explore Northwestern Montana. 77 Miles to Glacier National Park. 50 miles to Whitefish ski mountain, 14 Miles to Lake Koocanusa, 200 yards into the Kootani National Forest. This house offers a chance to unplug, but also has fiber internet for those who need to work. We also have Aveda products for our guests.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Five minute walk to Abayance Bay Marina, restaurant, concert venue, & Lake Koocanusa access. Few minutes drive to Abayance boat launch or 5 minute drive to Rexford Bench boat launch. Playground is 2 minute walk. Lots of trails in the area. One bedroom but sleeps 6: queen bed and 2 fold out couches. Picnic table outside on site. Great for weekend getaways for friends or families. Camper next-door shares the backyard & outside amenities

This artistic gem is located 3 miles south of Eureka, MT, 10 miles from the Canadian Border, 60 miles west of Glacier National Park and just minutes from nationally acclaimed golf courses, lakes, and stunning hikes. You'll have your own entrance to a newly created, cozy and cool getaway. Rooster crows at dawn, our dog barks at bears and coyotes occasionally at night. We are still finishing up, so projects are ongoing outside. No pets. Adults only. The entrance has concrete stairwell.

The views and privacy afforded by this unit require a short uphill walk.
