It is located on the ground floor includes: large living room area with seating area, desk and fireplace, full equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom (bathtub). Master bedroom (separated with door) is inside the Venetian arched ceiling and exposed stoned work frame with oversized round Jacuzzi bathtub and king-size double bed (1.60mx2.00m). The whole coverage of the suite is 73 square meters (without terrace).

The Agapi suite, designed for people with special needs, is located on the ground floor with a private exit. It features a wheelchair-accessible bathroom, coffee-making facilities, and eco-friendly toiletries. Located next to the Venetian harbor with a beautiful courtyard. From May 2026, it will include an outdoor hydromassage jacuzzi. A traditional Cretan breakfast is offered with customization options. Free parking is available 150m from reception, with a special card subject to availability.
