The studio is fully furnished with a queen size -pocket sprigs mattress- bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and satellite TV. It’s located 100m. away from the Kalamaki beach which is awarded with a blue flag. It’s only 5 km away from the center of Chania. Nearby the apartment, our guests can find a bus stop, mini market, a pharmacy, a pizzeria, cafés and restaurants.

Everything you may need (banks, children's playgrounds, general hospital etc) is within a radius of 1.500 m. Ideal for families with children. Car not necessary, unless you would like to use the apartment as a base to explore Crete.

A home with loft is ready to accomodate you! The property is located in the second floor of a Venetian building. On the floor there is a kitchen, living room and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the loft, there are two bedrooms. The best part of the property is a private terrace and a private balcony that you can look over the rooftops of Rethymno and watching the stars. Stay up there till late afternoon and then enjoy the sunstet. It's equipped with TV and free wifi.

CURRENTLY, CONSTRUCTION WORKS ARE BEING CARRIED OUT on a building opposite the apartment, so some days the noise could be increased. For this reason, in case the noise does indeed cause you a problem, we will provide you a 10% discount on your stay. Our bright, cozy flat is located at the center of the modern city of Chania, within the vicinity of the city's shopping center, the central bus station, the old town of Chania with the venetian harbor and the beach.
