Consta de una sola planta baja con terraza; tiene una amplia cocina bien equipada, una habitación con cama de 150 cm, con baño particular, y otra con dos camas de 90 cm; un segundo baño, sofá-cama, mesa de trabajo y comedor funcional con mesa y armario.
