Please note! This house is located on a quiet park where other people also relax and live, and is absolutely not a party destination. We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

Onze villa is fantastisch gelegen in het oude Zoute op 10 minuten wandel afstand van het Albert, Knokke en Zoute strand. U geniet van totale rust in een prachtige groene omgeving en hoeft slechts 300 meter af te leggen om te genieten van de leuke winkels en de gezelligste restaurants. Parkeerplaats voor 2/3 wagens. Handdoeken aanwezig en bedden worden opgemaakt in functie van het aantal ingeschreven gasten. Deze woning is geschikt om te genieten van onze prachtige Noordzee in elk seizoen.

Bezoek van hieruit de historische steden Gent, Brugge, Brussel, Aalst. In de buurt zijn heel goeie restaurants, wandelroutes, natuurgebieden zoals de Kalkense Meersen, en een sportavonturenpark in het naburige Aalst

Our water villa (8 persons) is located directly on the Veerse Meer. You can just jump in! The North Sea Beach is only 2 kilometers away. In the spacious garden there is an electric hot tub for extra relaxing. The area is beautiful for walking, boating, surfing, cycling, visiting towns and villages, etc. With four bedrooms (all of them with a double bed) and a fully equiped kitchen. Are you eager to stay in nature and to discover the national park Kalmthoutse Heide ? Then you are here at the right spot ! You can walk directly into the park or start cycling from here to the nice landscapes of the Kempen, Zeeland, ...
