Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung steht noch ein Yoga- und Trainingsraum (ca. 30 qm) zur Verfügung und lädt ein zu Yoga, Meditation, Boxsacktraining und Tanz mit Spiegel und Balettstange. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Our cozy gallery apartment in Regensburg's old town offers you the perfect starting point to explore the city and all other sights. Both bathrooms and the kitchen are newly renovated and offer everything you need. The open architecture gives the accommodation a special flair. Please note that the two rooms are connected by the stairs, and therefore not separated by a door.

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Wir hatten Lust, aus dem alten, sanierungsbedürftigen Gebäude aus den 50er Jahren etwas Attraktives zu machen. Vor allem der große Garten mit altem Baumbestand und die wunderschöne Lage nahe Regensburg haben uns motiviert, das Haus individuell auf den alten Grundmauern neu zu gestalten.
