Die Ferienwohnung (seit Mitte Juli 2020) ist klein, liebevoll und besonders eingerichtet mit lehmverputzten Wänden, handgestrichenen Ziegeln auf dem Fußboden, Lieblingsbildern und -möbeln. Sie grenzt an das Wohnhaus, das wir als Familie mit Kindern auf einem alten Dreiseitenhof bewohnen. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn, viel Natur und du kannst in alle Richtungen mit Rad oder PKW schöne Ausflüge machen: Ostsee, Inseln, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburger Seenplatte, Peene, Tollense...

großes 5***** Landhaus 1, ca. 190 qm Unser familienfreundliches, kleines Landhausdomizil liegt gemeinsam mit einem Bauernhof in traumhafter Alleinlage, idyllisch inmitten eines Naturschutzgebietes zwischen Wiesen und Feldern, in ca. 8 km Entfernung zum Ostseestrand. In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Stettiner Haff, am Kleinen Haff, der wild-romantischen Südküste der Insel Usedoms, finden Sie vier mit Reet gedeckte Ferienhäuser auf einem etwa 3000 m² großen Grundstück im beschaulichen Örtchen Neverow.

Neben einem alten Pfarrhaus haben wir ein kleines Nebengelass individuell für uns, für Freunde und Gäste ausgebaut. Manches ist modern, anderes hat noch den Charme vergangener Zeiten. Vieles erscheint uns stimmig, einiges ist noch im Werden. Nix ist also Standard. Was noch nicht von uns bedacht und für Gäste sinnvoll ist, kann meist schnell ergänzt werden. Das Häuschen ist umgeben von einem naturbelassenen Garten an der Ackerkante, liegt also in einem kleinen, landwirtschaftlich aktiven Dorf.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

Gartenhaus am Schwanenteich max. 6 Personen

Der riesige, naturnahe Garten mit dem Teich und dem Reichtum an Vögeln ist einfach ein Traum. Eine Natursteinmauer schirmt ihn ab. Das bewachsene Gartenhaus ist eine ausgebaute Scheune. Oase für Entschleuniger: Fernab vom üblichen Touristik-Betrieb ist dies ein Paradies für eine Auszeit mit Ruhe, hervorragender Luftqualität und glanzvollem Sternenhimmel. Hunde sind uns willkommen.

Far from the big city, our "Farmer's Cottage" is located on a picturesque plot on the edge of the forest reserve "Wiejkowski las". Here you can experience complete peace and pure nature! A walk through the forest, past numerous swamps and lakes, relaxing reading a book by the fireplace or a trip to the nearby Baltic Sea? All this and much more is what you can excpect here!
