Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Nice apartment - 1 minute to the beach

Our family house is located in the center of Rabac, directly by the sea with the most beautiful view of the Bay of Rabac and the islands of Cres and Lošinj. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house directly on the waterfront. It has a large sleeping and living area, a spacious kitchen , a private bathroom with shower. We have air conditioning. But we have a balcony with stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. The balcony is shared with another guest.

Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Apartment Lavender is located on the top, third floor. It is ideally furnished for 2 persons. The apartment has a comfortable, nice terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the whole Rabac bay! The upper terrace is divided into two parts by a plexiglas block. The second part of the terrace belongs to the apartment Oleander. Adults only!
