Just 15 minutes away from Wisconsin Dells, there are endless options for activities such as golf, shopping, escape rooms, water parks, the Ducks tour rides as well as a variety of restaurants and bars. "The Lake House" is located on beautiful Mason Lake in Briggsville, WI. Our home is a freshly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom lake house with 36 ft. of lake frontage. The property has a huge fenced in back yard, concrete patio and a new pier (2021) for outside fun. We can accommodate two vehicles on the black top driveway, public street parking and a large public parking lot for boat / rec. trailers right across the street. The property is also located on a ATV/UTV and snowmobile trail system.

This waterfront cottage has beautiful views of the Wisconsin River. My husband and I have lived here for more than 20 years. We love this area - there is nothing like a cool, crisp Midwest morning overlooking the Wisconsin River.
