Our Bass Bungalow is situated off the main road to Ute Lake, NM on Loop 540 and Rainbow. While this property has been around for decades, this previous garage was recently converted into a great space with our Ute Lake fishermen in mind! Enjoy our outdoor kitchen and patio equipped with outdoor cooking amenities. The Bass Bungalow is a 2 bedroom/1 bath, full kitchen, dining & living room, with space for 8 guests, strong wifi, TVs in both bedrooms and living room, and cold air conditioning.

The Shady back patio is perfect for sipping coffee or watching our New Mexico sunsets. 2 large bedrooms, one large bath w/ shower. Dining room for events seat 10. Our fireplaced breakfast room seats 4 . Literally in the Heart of Tucumcari just feet from Historic Route 66, one block to the dinosaur museum, two blocks to the Tucumcari Historical Museum, the famous La Cita restaurant across the street.

JX Ranch Bunkhouse - Cow Camp Room

Enjoy some peace and quiet away from the lights and noise of town in our rustic old Bunkhouse. Located 20 miles south of Tucumcari & I-40 (entrance across from mile marker 62 on Hwy 209) on a cattle ranch. 2.5 miles off the pavement on a dirt road (not suitable for motorcycles or very low clearance vehicles). You have your own entrance, private kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. If we have guests in the adjoining (separate) unit (Longhorn Room), please be courteous and keep voices down. No wifi.

Enjoy the night on the back deck underneath the lights, playing corn hole or surround yourself around the fire pit. The large front deck is completely covered. The mornings are very peaceful outside or stay in and enjoy hanging out inside with three smart tvs. enjoy take out from one of the local restaurants within 5 minutes either direction. Phone numbers are on the fridge. Lake access is with in 5 minutes either direction. There is plenty of parking for boat trailers
