Outside is a spacious private balcony with BBQ and outdoor setting. Bathroom has separate toilet, shower and washing machine. Also a powder room. Parking for multiple vehicles at the end and 1 undercover park.

Our property offers a large grassed front yard directly to the waters edge, great for fishing swimming or water sports, bring your boat, canoe or tinny. We have a three bedroom home with 2 x king beds and two sets of single over double bunks. BBQ & large outdoor dining area. Private sand bar area with boat launching and mooring facilities.(4WD Needed to launch a boat) All and linen and towels are provided.
