Inside - 14 foot ceilings, large windows trimmed in rich, dark woodwork. Also a 1/2+ acre back yard. For 130+ yrs, this has been home to notable members of the Greencastle and DePauw Community. Rumor has it that Percy Julian met with the Physics club in this place!

Two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with full size bed on the main floor—each with its own full bathroom. Fully finished basement has two bedrooms that share full bathroom. Family room with TV both upstairs and in the basement. 2 friendly cats live in the home and will be present. This is our primary home so please keep that in mind 😊

Beautiful Cabin close to DePauw & Owl Ridge

This beautiful cabin is tucked away just minutes from downtown Greencastle. The cabin is a loft with one king size bed, one queen size bed and one twin xl bed. There is an outdoor fire pit, with a wood made swing and picnic bench. If you're looking to have fun there are some corn hole boards, cards and an indoor bar area. Inside, there is a fireplace with a flatscreen TV. The cabin has 1 full bathroom and parking space available.

Take a break from the city and unwind at this peaceful cottage in the country (located one hour west of Indy). Spend some time relaxing in a hammock, reading a book on the porch, playing yard games, or roasting marshmallows by the fire. Streaming tv, wifi, and workspace provided. Note: Access to Heritage Lake and amenities not included with stay. The neighborhood HOA now requires minimum stay of 90 days.
