Praslin island is only 15mins by plane from the international airport on Mahe and is well located to explore the other surrounding islands

This unique villa is located on a hillside on large private property of 7 acres. The villa has a 270 degree sea view of St Pierre Island, Curieuse Island, Cote d'or and Anse Boudin beaches. The villa has a private infinity swimming pool of 35 m2 from where 12 islands can be seen. A gazebo and BBQ area allows for outdoor relaxing, dining and socialising. The Seahorse is a beachfront property with spectacular views. It has views of the nearby Ile Malice The Sisters, Coco and Felicité islands. The Villa is in a very tranquil surrounding and the area is renowed for it's snorkeling, large variety of beautiful fishes, dolphins, rays and Hawksbill turtles.

The harbour where Cat Cocos/Cat Rose berths is 5mins walk from our place. The bus stop is just across the road from the studio andyou will find it very easy to get around by bus. There's two grocery stores close by,one across the street and the other, 1 minute walk away .
