Nearby there is a metro station and a tram stop, a supermarket, a restaurant, a natural swimming pool and a café. On weekends, free parking is possible directly in the street in front of the house. The apartment is non-smoking. It is newly furnished and equipped to provide comfort for up to 4 people.
