Brand new luxury apartment located in Chiado at the historic center of Lisbon. Chiado is the most elegant and trendiest neighbourhood in Lisbon at walking distance from other typical neighbourhoods such as Bairro Alto, Príncipe Real, Baixa and Alfama. This amazing tastefully decorated apartment with a fantastic street view to both Blue Street and Largo da Trindade is on the 1st floor of a newly renovated building with elevator.

Augusta Residence Apartment 2A

In Lisbon's premier street Rua Augusta in a modern building with an elevator, AC for heating and cooling in both bedroom and living room. The bed is very comfortable with a generous size of 160x200. The vibrant street is right in the heart of Baixa (downtown), you can walk to most central attractions by foot. Downtown Lisbon is very busy and noisy. If you're a light sleeper, this is probably not the right place.

Our cozy 2-bedroom apartment is situated on the third floor of a renovated typical XIX century building. No elevator. As the apartment is located on the main pedestrian street it is very busy during the day, calmer at night but due to the location it is never totally quiet so this would not be the best option for noise-sensitive guests. Please consider this before booking
