This log structure used to be a tobacco drying barn inthat was then converted to a cabin residence and has recently been thoughtfully renovated

This beautiful house is the culmination of eight friends’ vision for an ecological and architectural experience. Set on a picturesque 33-acre grassfed cattle farm, this 4 bedroom, 3 loft, 2.5 bath dwelling is ideal for family get-togethers and intimate reunions with old friends. Many Blue Ridge Mountain sunsets have been celebrated from the open air balcony. Due to the number of staircases and separated rooms, the property is not ideal for folks with toddlers or those with mobility limitations.

The Barn at Pond Point - Riverfront Home

The Barn at Pond Point is perfectly situated on the Piankatank River, a salt water arm of the Chesapeake Bay. It shares 19 acres of wooded and waterfront property with the owner's main home. A unique space, Barn was converted from a working horse barn into a residence in the 1980's. With a quarter mile of private, sand beach and a large pool (May-Sept), the Barn is an ideal space for time with family and friends, swimming, hunting for prehistoric shark's teeth, or simply enjoying the view.

The Cottage is a restored wagon barn nestled against the Blue Ridge Mountains. You'll enjoy quality, comfort, quietude, and pastoral views. We are a fully licensed and inspected B&B on a 1790's farm in rural Loudoun County VA. Each morning you are treated to a continental breakfast of fresh pastry, fruit sourced from local farms, and homemade jams which we quietly deliver by 7:30 unless otherwise requested. Our place is a newly constructed barn loft in our 1960's barn. Enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding countryside from large windows and a private balcony. The barn is surrounded by our horse pastures and neighboring fields. Self check in with the key lockbox. This loft is separate from the main house where we live. Private parking and entrance for our guests directly outside of barn loft (this is separate from the main house driveway).
