Potowatomi State park is a short walk from your door or drive to the main entrance only 3 miles away. Hike, bike or drive in summer or ski, snowshoe or snowmobile in winter. Relax and unwind in this dog-friendly (additional fee) 1 & 1/2- story home exclusively yours to enjoy. Enjoy the sights and sounds of wildlife as you sit by an outside fire, grill out, or curl up on an oversized chair with a steaming cup of coffee. Bring your bikes as downtown and beach/park are just a short ride away. Fall is the quiet season on Sawyer Harbor. Color comes up on both sides of the water, the boats thin out, and mornings belong to coffee on the screened sun porch. Inside: a fireplace, a kitchen guests call the best-stocked they have used, and rooms that stay warm and easy. Three bedrooms and two full baths sleep 10, though this cottage is at its best with a smaller group. Ten to fifteen minutes from Sturgeon Bay, on a quiet road where the loudest thing is a turkey crossing the yard.
