Our favourite eating places nearby are Swinside Inn and the Ivy Restaurant in Braithwaite. Keswick is a mere 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk for eating out, shopping and outdoor sports.

Parking for three cars , EV charger , bike storage , gardens and a BBQ this is a great base to enjoy the magic of our Lakeland valley.

Themed around the minerals mined nearby in days gone by; we offer the Gold Room; a one bed apartment. The bedroom features beautiful views of the North Western fells, and provides a cosy retreat during your stay in Braithwaite. Uniquely, the building offers The Village Shop & Tea Room, which sells breakfast, lunch, groceries and gifts.
