This comfortable home has everything you'll need for a great holiday or getaway with friends or family. The Bowling Club is a 5 minute walk and the Golf Club and RSL 6 minutes drive.

Nestled among sprawling gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous heritage listed cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up and unwind, or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill.

Swimmers Rest is a retro, colourful beach house harking back to childhood holidays by the sea, but with modern comfortable amenities. The house has two indoor living areas, three outdoor zones, high ceilings, lots of light & has been thoughtfully & sustainably decorated. It has easy access to stunning beaches and great bushwalks. Small dogs welcome, but check with us first. The emphasis at Swimmers’ Rest is to slow down, kick back and enjoy!
