Nuestro luminoso apartamento de 120 m² tiene capacidad para hasta 11 huéspedes y es ideal para familias y grupos de amigos que desean disfrutar de Barcelona juntos. Está situado frente a la estación de metro Paral·lel y a pocos minutos a pie de Las Ramblas, el Puerto y Montjuïc. Dispone de 4 amplios dormitorios, una sala de estar, cocina y 2 baños completos con bañera y ducha. Tanto el salón como los dormitorios tienen balcones con vistas a la ciudad, que aportan abundante luz natural y permiten disfrutar del ambiente urbano de Barcelona. La distribución del apartamento incluye 3 dormitorios con 2 camas individuales, un dormitorio con 2 camas dobles y un sofá cama doble en el salón. Bajo petición, las camas individuales pueden prepararse como camas dobles extragrandes. También es posible solicitar una cama extra o una cuna. El apartamento cuenta con aire acondicionado, calefacción, sistema de purificación del aire, Wi-Fi gratuito y televisión con canales internacionales. La cocina está totalmente equipada y dispone de mesa y sillas para comer, además de un balcón con lavadora, secadora y cubos de reciclaje. Las ventanas de doble acristalamiento ayudan a mejorar el aislamiento. Al encontrarse en una zona céntrica, animada y con tráfico, puede percibirse el ambiente propio de la ciudad. Para reservas de 4 noches o más, o bajo petición, ofrecemos limpieza intermedia o cambio de toallas incluido. El acceso al edificio y al apartamento funciona mediante códigos electrónicos, por lo que podrás llegar a cualquier hora sin necesidad de recoger llaves. Si llegas antes del check-in o quieres aprovechar tu último día, dispondrás de una sala de espera con taquillas, aseos, duchas y minibar gratuito con café, té, agua y refrescos. También podrás disfrutar de nuestra terraza comunitaria en la azotea, abierta de 9:00 a 20:00 horas, con vistas a la ciudad. Whether seeking a romantic get-away or a family vacation, this modernist style 18th century palace is a completely refurnished luxury apartment and brand new penthouse located in the heart of Barcelona. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.
