Bij aankomst wordt u verwelkomd door een modern appartement met alle comfort dat u nodig heeft voor een perfect verblijf. Dit moderne appartement is volledig gerenoveerd in 2025 en biedt twee terrassen met fantastisch uitzicht op de glinsterende zee. Het appartement beschikt over twee terrassen. Op het eerste terras vindt u twee comfortabele ligbedden waar u de hele dag kunt genieten van de zon. Het tweede terras biedt veel privacy en is voorzien van een eettafel en een barbecue, perfect voor een heerlijk diner onder de sterren met een goed glas wijn. De moderne keuken is volledig uitgerust, waardoor u zelf kunt koken als u dat wenst. Het kingsize bed van 180x200 zorgt voor een goede nachtrust en het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, inclusief een volledig uitgeruste keuken, AC, 50 inch televisie en moderne badkamer. De moderne badkamer heeft een regendouche voor de ultieme ontspanning na een dagje strand. In de slaapkamer vindt u een kingsize bed van 180x200 en een 50-inch televisie. Er is ook een wasmachine beschikbaar voor uw gemak. Vanuit het appartement heeft u een prachtig uitzicht op verschillende kerken, het kasteel, de haven en de zee. Gasten hebben beschikking over het gehele appartement. Er worden geen ruimtes gedeeld met andere gasten. There are two bedrooms located on opposite sides of the apartment which can be very convenient if you travel in couples or even for families. The master bedroom has an ensuite with shower and the second bedroom has a bathroom across the hall. Both feature queen sized beds (160cm) and balconies. Each room (bedrooms and living room), features its own air conditioning unit to ensure your comfort throughout the year, whether you need to stay cool or cozy. The kitchen is full equipped and you will find everything you need for your stay. A welcome pack is waiting for you at your arrival and you are very welcome to use the beach towels if you'd like to take a swim!

Piso en el centro

El apartamiento esta situado en el centro de Alicante pero la calle es muy tranquila. Todos los servicios están alrededor del piso. Supermercados, centro comercial El Corte Inglés, farmacia, parque infantil con cafetería al aire, parque de atracciones para niños, el parque Canalejas con grandes ficus. El mar, paseo marítimo Explanada y puerto están en 5 min andando. La playa esta a 20 min andando. No se admiten los grupos de amigos, porque los vecinos son personas mayores y se quejan de ruido.
