Apartman se nalazi oko 50 metara od kožinskog mora koje je u samom vrhu po čistoći. Apartman ima svoju terasu,a na raspolaganju je krovna terasa na vrhu kuće s predivnim pogledom na more i zalazak sunca. Prekrasno je na njoj popiti i jutarnju kavu, kao i sunčati se na ležaljki. U sklopu kuće na dostupnosti je i grill s kojim se gosti slobodno mogu služiti. Mjesto je jako mirno i savršeno za jutarnje uživanje uz kavu,a i za ugodno spavanje i totalni odmor. Fantastičan položaj 200 m od trajektnog pristaništa, omogućuje gostima lako snalaženje i brz dolazak do samog objekta. Kuća je ograđena visokim, kamenim, zidovima koji jamče potpunu privatnost.Vrt je pun mediteranskog bilja u kojemu je smješteno dječje igralište. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se svi potrebni sadržaji (restorani, supermarketi, kafići, mesnica, ribarnica, sportski teren,pekarnica).

The place is situated close to the romantic old part of the town full of restaurants and cafes, and only a few steps away from the closest beach. Moreover, the apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay in our beautiful town. You’ll love my place because of its cosiness and the stunning view, which is especially nice in the sunset and in the early morning.

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ).
