This 2-bedroom, 1-bath space is nestled in Pocatello’s Historic College neighborhood. Enjoy a highly walkable location just a few blocks from local coffee shops, restaurants, ISU campus, and a city park. It is also within minutes of the hospital, grocery stores and more! Please note: We’re a young family living upstairs and may be heard during daytime hours!

In the heart of the Historic University N'hood in Pocatello, this "loft" is perfect for the traveling professor, business professional, travelers on their way through to Yellowstone or The Tetons, or those just looking for a cozy and clean space to stay in our beautiful small city. Idaho State University is a short two block walk and within 3 blocks we have a darling coffee shop, an eclectic hardware store (that carries a grand selection of shoes, wine, and outdoor gear) and a grocery store.

It’s only a 6-minute drive to ISU campus, and close to many outdoor adventures such as Mountain Biking, Snow Skiing, Ross Park Swimming pool, and the Zoo. With easy access to I-15, you can quickly get anywhere in Pocatello or Chubbuck. Come and check it out! Please no smoking or animals.
