A quite secluded coach house close to beautiful Devonport park and a short walk to Royal William Yard. It is a clean modern space with the original slate flag stones and granite steps. There is one large bedroom with a king bed and a day bed which converts in to two singles making it into a family room. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials including a microwave, oven, hob and fridge There is an open plan dining and lounge area with original slate flag stones in the raised dining area.

Primrose Cottage. Ideal for 2-4 guests. Cosy for 6

A cosy and characterful 2 bed cottage. I have updated from 2-4guests to 4-6guests as there are enough beds for 6 guests. PLEASE BE AWARE it is a small cottage for 6 guests. As 2 would be sleeping in the front room. In here is a 2 seater Sofa Bed and 2 Accent Chairs and 2 Bar Stools. Beanbags upstairs. There is also only 1 bathroom. If its just a place to get your head down after a busy day then for 6 guests its going to be pretty cosy. You have a GARAGE for FREE PARKING & a private courtyard.

It’s completely self contained and private. The hamlet is quiet and semi rural but mins from local amenities. Dartmoor National Park,local beaches and the gateway to Cornwall are a shortdrive away.Enjoy the SW coastal path ,the Historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe. A former 17th century pilchard palace, tastefully transformed into a boutique beach house, offering luxurious home comforts, with spectacular sea views. This unique property stands on the beach and is literally in the sea at high tide! Although sleeping 10, we recommend no more than 8 adults plus 2 children. The twin villages of Cawsand and Kingsand are situated on the Rame Peninsula - known as Cornwall’s forgotten corner. Unspoilt, safe and utterly charming.

Great central location, the sea is at the end of the road and it's just a few minutes walk to attractions such as Plymouth Hoe, the Pavillions, Tinside Lido and the city centre. There are often events going on in the area, and there is a good choice of bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood.
