This modern, spacious, bright and cosy apartment lies on the ground floor of the traditional stone house in the most desirable part of the town Ploce. A garden of orange trees and a private terrace with dining, lounge and sunbed area, provide breathtaking views overlooking the Adriatic sea and Old town of Dubrovnik. Just a few minutes walk from the Old Town, place is far away from busy streets and noise just enough to be the oasis of peace and tranquillity. Property is not accessible by car.

Apartment is located in the most beautiful and quiet part colled Ploče.Apartment has terrace (50m2) offers a wonderful view on the sea, Old Town and island Lokrum. Only 10min walk to the Old Town and 5 minutes to Dubrovnik's most beautiful beach Banje. It is also near to cable that goes to the mountain Srđ.For guests is provided free parking.The apartment consists of living room, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds ,baby cot on request,full equipped kitchen .

Studio 3

Studio 3 is a compact 17 m² private studio with two single beds, a private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, kettle, cookware, and tableware. A small outdoor seating area with a table and two chairs is available directly outside the entrance; guests of Studio 4 may occasionally pass by. We are at the foothills of Mount Srđ, accessible via 360 steps from the Old Town or by taxi along the road in front of the house.
