Cuenta con dos niveles. el dormitorio está en la parte superior al igual que el espacio de trabajo (Starlink) y hamacas para descansar. El techo es una gran palapa. La casa tiene una pequeña alberca privada desde donde podrás disfrutar la mejor vista sobre playa Mermejita. La casa es muy abierta para poder disfrutar de la frescura del viento y de las mejores vistas.

La Chachalaca es una palapa rústica, ideal para aventureros por su naturaleza, animales, pájaros, vistas, silencio y el murmullo del mar. Dicen que la experiencia es como acampar (camping) pero con "lujos." Hay 4 camas matrimoniales, hamacas, ventiladores, agua purificada, cocina equipada, caja fuerte, Wifi y cable internet. Todas las ventanas y puertas tienen tela mosquitera. De la cabaña son 3 minutos caminando a la playa, 12 a San Agustinillo. Estacionamiento gratis en la propiedad.

Casa Xochi is 3 minute walk down to the beach (stairway) at the end of San Agustinillo beach. Perfect place to recharge with healing energy of colorful light coming from the walls design. A communal area of two spaces, The deck on the entrance with grill for a perfect dinner experience with a full bathroom. And The roof, perfect hydromassage experience in the jacuzzi. To ensure privacy we have set up a blackboard system to reserve the roof experience.

Named after the tree which grows only here, the bay of Estacahuite is made up of three small sandy beaches. It lies just outside the friendly fishing village of Puerto Angel and is a great place to enjoy the beauty of the Oaxacan coast.
