With a large and heated pool you have direct access to the beach where, in season, you will see turtles that lay hundreds of eggs, right there in our yard. From the kitchen, its balcony as its three bedrooms will delight you with the sunrise and the moonrise. The large palapa at the roof offers unlimited views of the sea from the east to west and a spectacular sunset. In this house you will have memories that will last forever.

-Approximately a 1300 sq. ft., main level, fully furnished condo. -Sleeps 6 - 1 queen size air mattress (deep) available. -Security entrance gate with camera. -Room safe. -3 air conditioners (in bedrooms and living area). -Linens, towels, toiletries and blow dryers. -4 beach chairs, water toys and beach towels. -55” SMART TV in living area, Netflex, cable and internet. -45" SMART TV in master bedroom. -White noise machines in each bedroom -pack 'n play and stroller -Wheelchair accessible.

Sol Dorado 7 is just a 5-minute walk from the Ultramar ferry terminal. This simple second-floor studio includes: • A queen size bed, A/C, Wi-Fi, and Roku TV (only access to Netflix, YouTube, etc.) • A private bathroom with hot water (20L capacity) • A kitchenette with basic utensils and a jug of drinking water • A small safe box for your valuables The property is owned by my mom, Pia. Marcelina, our housekeeper, is also around and happy to help if you need anything during your stay.

Fue la casa de mis abuelos y de mi madre, ahora soy yo quien la disfruta y me encanta compartir contigo este pequeño rincón. Soy local de la isla, te aseguro que te haré sentir bienvenido y en casa. Disfruta de este rincón a una calle de playa norte, la isla puede ser a veces muy tranquila, y otras veces muy alegre. Pero te aseguro que está en ubicación ideal para conocer la isla . Con el calor abrasador del verano, no necesitarás taxi, ni autobús ni rentar carrito.
