Arguineguín, sol y playa.

Coqueto ático en el corazón de Arguineguín. Edificio nuevo con solárium, donde le da él sol todo el día, acompañado de unas pequeñas piscinas. Apartamento de dos dormitorios y un baño, junto a su pequeña terraza para poder disfrutar del sol, leer, como comer en el exterior. Tiene incluido la plaza de garaje, ya que en la calle es difícil aparcar. Tampoco se necesitaría coche. Hay conexiones desde el aeropuerto hasta Arguineguín. La parada de guagua está a tan sólo dos minutos.

El apartamento se encuentra justo en medio de dos playas, Las Marañuelas y la de Costa Alegre. Está en una zona peatonal tranquila y céntrica donde puedes encontrar todo tipo de servicios : restaurantes, cafetería, peluquerías, supermercado, farmacia, centro medico, cajeros, parada del autobús, taxi, alquiler de bicicletas y todos los servicios que puedas necesitar. Tienes una avenida para pasear, donde puedes disfrutar de hermosos atardeceres, con el Teide al fondo.

La Señorita

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)

This cosy house is located in the urbanization Los Canarios 1 in Arguineguin. The area is one of the oldest tourist area in the city, nicely parkland, with flowers and palms. Its close to town and beach. The house has its own garden, furniture and barbecue. Parking in the street outside the house. The garden and outdoor area are part of the condominium and are maintained by them. This means that employees have access to the outdoor area around the houses for working.
