One Block From Beach - Studio w/pool - 200Mbps

At Little Hawaii Avellanas we offer comfortable accommodation one block from the world famous beach break of Playa Avellanas. With only 4 studios on the premises, your stay will be private and relaxing. Each studio comes with a private kitchen, private bathroom, hot shower, private parking space, safe box, high speed internet, basic toiletries, 1 queen bed (1 sofa bed optl), ice cold AC, cable and 50" smart TV. The only amenities you will share with other studios are the pool and BBQ area.

We offer 2 new, safe and cozy studios within Hacienda Pinilla, an exclusive premium gated community just 15 minutes away from the famous town of Tamarindo. Both studios have a kitchenette, open air shower and terrace. They are 5 minutes drive from 3 beautiful beaches and the JW Marriott Hotel. 2 adults and 1 child can sleep per studio (we can put a small extra bed). They can be rented separately or together. There is no pool on property but the Beach Club is 5 minutes drive away.
