Private suite located on the lower level of our home, with direct entry through the garage via key code. Guests love having immediate access and NO STAIRS!!! 8 Minutes from both main interstates. 15 minutes to downtown, the ballpark, zoo, shopping, and 20 minutes to the airport. A full-service grocery store is just 2 minutes away, offering a pharmacy, deli, pizza, liquor, and a Starbucks. Excellent restaurants are nearby, as well as Dunkin' Donuts, which features a drive-thru for convenience.

The mini-kitchen has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, table/chairs. The desk, with woods view, is a perfect place to reflect, read, and write. Many extras. Snacks. The bedroom has a King Sized bed. With a Twin XL bed in the living area! You will have a convenient private entrance/exit through the walk out basement. As well as your own driveway on the property. The living area is open, comfortable, and provides a 43' Smart TV with all the common streaming services.

Located one hour from Omaha in the scenic Loess Hills of Iowa, this newly remodeled studio apartment above the garage has a large deck and a beautiful valley view overlooking my hometown. With a queen bed, a pull-out sofa, full kitchen, shower in bathroom, laundry, and gas fireplace, the apt. is attached by an elevated deck to the main house, my childhood home, (which my husband and I call our "Hilltop Hospitality House"). We are excited to welcome gracious guests to this lovely space.

This clean, comfortable, & uncluttered space is a home away from home! You will be surrounded by beautiful greenery, in a safe neighborhood with accessible parking. There is a privacy curtain provided for guests who would like a little separation between the bed and sleeper sofa.

Country setting five minutes from civilization. Self contained suite shares one common wall with main house. Full kitchen, and laundry facilities. Master bath has shower for all guests to share. Kitchen/dining area has table with seating for 4. Enjoy the deck, grounds and grill. Watch the pond for blue herring, ducks and geese while in season! Some exterior areas are under video surveillance.
