It's a traditional cycladic rock house studio, of 52 square meters with kitchen, washing machine, bathroom, couch, leather chair, writers desk and chair. A king size bed that can be converted in 2 single beds. The house has private access and a private outside pergola with a dining table, sink and gass BBQ. It also has its own private Jacuzzi. Newly renovated maisonette close to the beach

The house consists of two levels and it is in a total of 45sq.m. In the upper part, there is the main area of the house which consists of a fully equipped kitchen, the living room with two sofa beds and a WC (shower & toilet). In the underground basement which is the lower level, there is a master bedroom with a double bed, and a private shower. The underground basement has a large window where plenty of light comes from a skylight. Τhe out door is a security door and you need a key to open it.
