The front porch has seating and the private back patio has a lighted pergola, dining furniture, & Sandia mountain views. Balloon Fiesta Park is nearby & balloons fly nearby year-round. Located right behind the Balloon Fiesta grounds, just a few minutes drive, it is only 20 minutes from downtown and about 50 minutes from Santa Fe. Plenty of outdoor space in which to relax and soak up the sun. Great Wifi for remote work. The casita sits on the same lot as another house. Both homes share the beautiful yard.
