Awesome Free Time Studio

Apartment is located near the old city of Maribor (20 minutes walk) and 8 km from Maribor skiing and hiking area (Pohorje). It is surrounded with quiet and green neighbourhood. We would be glad to personally welcome every guest. There is a free parking place available in the houseyard just next to the apartments entrance. It has 150m2, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, where one of it has additional attached and a bedroom with a double bed. Each of the bedrooms has bathroom attached.

Hiša vključuje terase z razgledom, kjer se lahko sprostite v miru. Ponujamo tudi polnjenje za električna vozila (o tem nas obvestite pred prihodom). Vsak element je zasnovan, da vaše bivanje naredi čim bolj udobno in posebno. Za polnjenje avtomobila zaračunavamo doplačilo 10 EUR na uporabo, kar omogoča, da ohranimo visoko kakovost storitev.

Kmetija vas bo očarala, mir, narava. Apartma je na turistični kmetiji. Nudimo zajtrk. Od 15.9.-30.6. koristite jacuzzi brezplačno (3 ure, več po dogovoru) in savno, (z doplačilom). Otroci se zabavajo na igralih, poleti v bazenu, na zipline in gugalnici v gozdu. Na kmetiji boste srečali živali: konje, koze, kokoši, race, mačke, želve, zajčke. Imamo čudovite kolesarske in sprehajalne poti. Kolesa uporabljate brezplačno. Električna z doplačilom. Nudim brezplačno vodenje po Ptuju.

Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

Featuring free WiFi Apartments Mario offers accommodation in center of Ptuj, just 2 km from Terme Ptuj. Free private parking is available on site. Apartment include a flat-screen TV. Welcome to my flat! The location is perfect for exploring the centre (7-8 minute walk) or to hike/ski on Pohorje hills (8 minutes by car). Parking is available next to the building behind a bar and is free of charge. The spot is designated. The nearest grocery store is just around the corner - open on Sunday. I'm always available for my guests - I live 15 minutes away.
