The property is in Kastraki located 16 km from Naxos Town. Kastraki beach (9 min walk) is a beautiful golden sandy beach with crystalline waters. The area is serene, unspoiled and close also to other endless sandy beaches of the island, like Mikri Vigla, Orkos, Glyfada, Hawaii and Pyrgaki. The area has a big choice of excellent taverns, mini market and bakery, a few minutes’ drive from the villa. Excellent choice for groups up to 18 people, if booked together with Villa Dione and Villa Fryni.

Our Villa consists of two queen size bedded rooms one of which contains an en-suite. It has an additional main bathroom ( outside of the bedroom ) and an outdoor WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The living room consists of a built in sofa which can accommodate for 1 Guest. There is also a swimming pool, jacuzzi on the terrace and a barbecue area where you can enjoy a warm cooked meal whilst indulging in your daily swim.

Villa Blue Pearl is an 1 bedroom property with private swimming pool which is located in Elitas, a small hill just 3.5 km from Parikia the capital of Paros and the port. Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas.
