This home is located in Historic Barrio Hollywood, one of tucson's oldest neighborhoods! 5 minutes from Downtown Tucson, 7 minutes from the university, within easy walking distance of the River "Loop" bike path and right off I-10 for easy travel. This 350 Sqft Casita is ideal for the modern minimalist and acts as a peaceful homebase for your visit. Wifi 6, smart tv, induction cooktop/ kitchenette and expansive backyard are all included to make for the most comfortable stay in our charming city.

This charming guest house is perfect for your stay in Tucson. It is located less than ten minutes away (by car) to the University of Arizona's biggest attractions and all that downtown has to offer. It has been updated and has great outdoor space separated from the main house that is private and tranquil! Walking distance to a Starbucks, restaurants and a grocery store! This space is on the small side. The sofa bed is a single, the bedroom has a king bed. Maximum number of guests allowed is 3.

Time Capsule is a unique experience in an space age module dropped in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Enjoy the quietness of the desert in a safe environment located at just 35 minutes from downtown Tucson. Because of the refinement of the interior design we cannot accept any pet, service animal, nor children in the Time Capsule. Please note that check in is in person only and not later than 10:00PM. Classic Tucson midcentury guest house nestled minutes from UA campus, Banner Hospital, bike path, retail, groceries, restaurants, & more. This ~600 sq ft casita is is completely fenced-in (incl. parking), and separate from the main house. Great for a solo traveler, a few great friends, small families, and anyone in between. Children 10 and older are welcome. Pets are welcome case-by-case. The 2 steps at the entry make this property not wheelchair accessible.
