Beautiful cabin sitting in the middle of woods w/ a large entertaining deck that makes you feel like are " away from it all" even though you are 3 mins away from SIU! Features 4 bedrooms & 2 full baths with an open floor plan with plenty of room for family and friends! Enjoy the large deck to grill or to just enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. Hand Built Log Cabin

This cabin was completed in 1940 by previous owner's grandmother with only the help of her horses. The wood was cut from the property. Originally it had no electric or plumbing, we updated it more in 2021 keeping as much original as possible. Rustic cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower only, washer and dryer, full eat in kitchen and living room. On site you can relax watching horses, mini horses, goats, chickens & ducks as well as wild life. You can feed and pet the 🐐 goats.

The kitchen is stocked, the hot tub is ready to go, and the local area boasts many wineries, state parks for hiking, and beautiful scenery. This spacious cabin features a comfortable King bed, 55” TV above a gas fireplace, and recently had a top to bottom renovation! The spacious back deck features a large hot tub just steps from the back door, hooks for the provided terry cloth robes, and a Weber grill.

Historic log cabin circa 1840 moved to property June 2020. Take a step back in time with furniture and decor to match the cabin’s time period. Located between two houses in newly formed Ste. Genevieve National Historical Park. It is a 10 minute walk to the main part of downtown and other historic tour sites. Adjoins Early American gift shop called Sassafras Creek Originals which is housed in the circa 1850 Brooks house. Close to wineries, biking and hiking.
