All cabins can sleep 4 guests and each house can sleep 8 guests. Bed arrangements vary depending on the unit. Parking is limited. A washer and dryer, plenty of parking for dune buggies and trailers. The location is great. Secluded enough to relax, but close enough to all the action if you are up for it. NO PETS

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this charming lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge w/private beach & 66' of Wabasis Lake shoreline. It includes: 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May through October, weather permitting). There is also a front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

The all-sport lake is a great place for fishing, power boating, or kayaking. Here you are just minutes from several lakes, rivers, and trails. Enjoy the downtown life of Ludington or Manistee, both only 30 minutes away. Summer Rentals are Sunday check-ins with a 7 night minimum stay. April, May and fall rentals are 2 night stay min.
