Detached 2 bedroom bungalow set in 18 acres

We have the best of both worlds, stunning countryside & easy access to local amenities. We’re on Domen Fawr which is over 1653ft high. At the top you can see Pen y Fan & central Brecons. Heads of the Valley is nearby & provides great access across South Wales. Cardiff is an hour away by train. We are a quiet retreat, ideal for walkers, young families or couples wanting a relaxing, peaceful break. Pets are welcome but there are additional charges. Please ask us in advance as we have our own dogs.

Our cottage is a lounge/Kitchen that is light & airy with French doors leading to the patio, I supply milk, Tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, cake, biscuits, We have a washing machine & Tumble dryer in the kitchen, These are NOT for use of one Night Stays, Only for guests staying 4 days or longer. Upstairs, double bedroom, TV, Hairdryer, wardrobe, hangers, bedside cabinets lamps, Iron & ironing Board. Halfway between Cardiff City Centre and Pen y Fan, we are ideally suited for a weekend in the bright lights of Cardiff, or the stunning dark skies of the Beacons. Locally we are within walking distance to several cosy pubs that serve food, a convenience store and the Taff Trail Cycle Path.

This house has been fully furnished beautifully and has been modernised throughout and can sleep up to 10 people. This property is great for big families or groups. The property is in a great location which has a lot of amenities from lots of convenience stores takeaways not to far away which are in Nelson. It has great transport links such as the A470 and Treharris train station is close by only 1.8 miles away from the guest house. The guest house has free private parking for two cars.

Get comfortable and cosy in our log cabin, with its own jacuzzi. The cabin overlooks a river ,real log fire , 1 min to A467 , 4 mins or 20 min walk to train station, plenty of cycle routes and walks , we don’t accept pets as we have a cat , supermarket close , short drive to Brecon beacons , we are gay friendly , free parking on drive 😄 local club 1 min walking distance ,very welcoming 😀 we don’t accept any bookings without reviews

The Crest Hilltop Retreat is a private, detached house with hot tub, gamesroom and log burner. It has stunning 180 degrees views of the valley and has fantastic local walks and bike routes from the doorstep. Local attractions include The Brecon Beacons National Park, Cardiff city and Bay, Bike Park Wales, Cwmcarn Forest, Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal and The Big Pit National Coal Museum. Perfect Dog walking country.
