Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Close enough to Picton and Waikawa Bay yet far enough away to feel you are a long way from both. Perfect environment for peace and quiet, but also perfect central spot to explore Marlborough. Ample space for children and animals to play. Plenty of parking space, including a boat. This is a Self-contained cabin with comfy queen bed, sun-soaked deck off-street parking & just 7 min drive from Picton the gateway to the South Island. Centrally located to explore coastal drives, bush & bike tracks. Just a 5 min walk to the Waikawa beach for a swim, 10min walk to our local pub & 8 min drive to the ferry, perfect for a stopover, please note there’s no cooking facilities.

Blenheim town is 10 minutes drive, Picton ferry terminal is 20 minutes away, wineries just down the road and the Blenheim airport is 10 minutes away. Separate from the main house our private guest house is self contained and fully equipped, perfect for a couple or business person.

Tastefully decorated apartment with wifi and Nespresso coffee machine ( with capsules) , Microwave, Ninja Air Fryer Pro Xl (roast, bake, reheat and dehydrate) tea and coffee, and a BBQ. The BBQ is located in a covered area at the entrance to the apartment. It has 2 hotplates and a burner on which a pot or frying pan can be used. All pots and cooking utensils are provided. The 'Retreat': is a family run designer studio flat with access to a cottage garden, inviting you to sit out and relax in...seasonal honey from our own beehive. Tucked away and private at the foot the Grampians it's just 10 minute walk to the heart of Nelson city. Great spot for mountain bikers, trampers and workshop attenders. Ask if you have any questions- entry time, one night,extra bed. Currently no pets allowed, garden is unsuitable presently.

The studio accommodates up to 4 people and is located in Renwick a 5 minute drive away from Blenheim Airport and 30 minutes drive to the Picton Ferry. A minimum stay for 2 nights is requested. However we can arrange for a one night stay for $20 more if you reach out to us.
